Shutt VAVS Representative Leonard O'Brien was recently appointed as the Marine Corps League VAVS National Deputy Representative. As part of his duties Leonard O'Brien will assist the VAVS Natioanal Advisory Committee and their planning to constanly improve and grow the programs that support the Veterans covered by the Veteran Administration.
